काकाकाका....आआआआ. 133133133133((((अअअअ)))).—केन्द्रीय सरकार क लकहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत हता है कि ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस करपरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा गुजरात राज्य में उभराट समुद्र तट निकट मजूदा 42 इंच व्यास एस.बी.एच.टी गैस पाईपलाइन के भाग का दिशा बदलना जरूरी है;

और केन्द्रीय सरकार क उक्त पाईपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयजन के लिये यह आवश्यक प्रतीत हता है कि उस भूमि में, जिसके भीतर पाईपलाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है और ज इस अधिसूचना में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित है, उपयग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रलियम एवं खनिज पाईपलाइन (भूमि में उपयगकर्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियं का प्रयग करते हुए, उस भूमि में उपयग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घषणा करती है;

कई भी व्यक्ति, ज उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसक उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना की प्रतियां साधारण जनता क उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं, 21 दिन के भीतर, भूमि के नीचे पाईपलाइन बिछाए जाने के लिये उसमें उपयग के अधिकार के अर्जन के सम्बन्द्य में सक्षम प्राधिकारी, ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस करपरेशन लिमिटेड, शेड संख्या 32, ओएनजीसी परिसर, अंकलेश्वर-393010 (गुजरात), क लिखित रूप से अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th January, 2015

S.O. 133(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that a part of the existing 42" dia. S.B.H.T gas pipeline should be re-routed near Umbharat beach by Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited in the State of Gujarat;

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum & Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User in land therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within 21 days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Shed No. 32, ONGC Complex, Ankleshwar–393010 (Gujarat).
