काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 135135135135((((अअअअ)))).—के न्(cid:9)ीय सरकार के संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकिहत में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित है, औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947(1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के ख(cid:28)ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में खिनज तेल (क"ा तेल), मोटर और िवमानन स्प्रिट, डीजल तेल, के रोसीन तेल, 'धन तेल, िविवध हाइ+ोकार्बन तेल और उनके मि.ण िजनमें सिन्थेटिक तेल, लुब्रिके 2टग तेल और इसी प्रकार के तेल शािमल है के निर्माण या उत्पादन में लगे उद्योगों की सेवाएं जो कि औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 26 में शािमल हैं, को जैसा कि इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 08.07.2014 की अिधसूचना द्वारा उक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजन के िलए दिनांक 16 जुलाई, 2014 से छ: मास की कालाविध के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा अिधसूिचत किया गया था।
और यह कि, के न्(cid:9)ीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकिहत में उक्त कालाविध को छ: मास के िलए और बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है।
अत:, अब, औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के ख(cid:28)ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते >ए, के न्(cid:9)ीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उपरोक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजन के िलए दिनांक 16 जनवरी, 2015 से छ: मास की कालाविध के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोिषत करती है।

New Delhi, the12th January, 2015
S.O. 135(E).—Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (vi) of the clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the services in Industry engaged in manufacture or production of mineral oil (crude oil), motor and aviation spirit, diesel oil, kerosene oil, fuel oil, diverse hydrocarbon oils and their blends including synthetic fuels, Lubricating oils and the like which is covered by item 26 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 (14 of 1947 ) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, as was notified for a period of six months with effect from 16th July, 2014 vide this Ministry's Notification dated 08.07.2014.
And whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Central Government hereby declares the said Industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, for a period of six months with effect from 16th January, 2015.
