काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 164164164164((((अअअअ)))).—के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 239(अ), तारीख 23 जनवरी, 2014, जो भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), तारीख 24 जनवरी,2014 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्निलिखत संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-—
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,—
(क) 3ाम कलमचुई ब्लॉक 'ए' से संबंधित 7म संख्या 1 के सामने,—
(i) ''भूमि का वर्गीकरण (एकड़ में)'' शीर्षक के अधीन प्रविष्टियों, 585.050, 8.390, 119.937 के स्थान पर 7मश:
584.050, 8.390, 119.517 प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ;
(ii) ''कु ल:'' शीर्षक के अधीन प्रविष्टियों, 713.377 के स्थान पर 711.957 प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(ख) 3ाम कलमचुई ब्लॉक 'बी' से संबंधित 7म संख्या 2 के सामने,—
(i) ''भूमि का वर्गीकरण (एकड़ में)'' शीर्षक के अधीन प्रविष्टियों, 51.230, 14.360, 41.523 के स्थान पर 7मश:
52.170, 14.360, 41.943 प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ;

(ग) ''कु ल: 675.05, 22.750, 161.460, 841.26'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर 7मश: ''कु ल: 656.99, 22.750, 161.460 और 841.20 प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ;
(घ) ''कु ल: 841.260 एकड़ (लगभग) या 340.453 हेक्टेयर (लगभग)'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर ''कु ल: 841.20 एकड़ (लगभग) या 340.29 हेक्टेयर (लगभग)'' प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी'' ;
(ड.) उप-धारा 4(1) के अधिसूचित किए जाने वाले प्लाट संख्या के शीर्षक में:—
3ाम कलमचुई – ब्लॉक – 'ए', -
(i) प्लाट संख्या 6507(भाग), 6308/8023, 6488/8102 और 6431/8133 का लोप किया जाएगा ;
(ii) प्लाट संख्या 436/8152 के स्थान पर प्लाट संख्या 4336/8152 रखा जाएगा ।
(च) 'सीमा वर्णन' शीर्षक के उप-शीर्षक में:-
(i) ''3ाम कलमचुई – ब्लॉक ''बी'', में प्लाट संख्या 6507(भाग), 6308/8023, 6431/8133 और 859/8229 अंत में रखे जाएंगे ;
(ii) ''3ाम बीरबरपुर – ब्लॉक –''डी'', में प्लाट संख्या 43(भाग) से 47, 49 से 55, 162, 163, 168, 169, 171 से 178 के स्थान पर प्लाट संख्या 32, 36 से 38, 58(भाग), 59(भाग), 61, 107 से 109(भाग), 113(भाग), 115, 132, 147, 179 और 180 रखे जाएंगे ;
(iii) ''3ाम बीरबरपुर – ब्लॉक – ''ई'', में प्लाट संख्या 32, 36 से 38, 58(भाग), 59(भाग), 61, 107 से 109(भाग), 113(भाग), 115, 132, 147,179 और 180 के स्थान पर प्लाट संख्या 43(भाग) से 47, 49 से 55, 162, 163, 168,169 और 171 से 178 रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th January, 2015
S.O. 164(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 ( 20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 239(E), dated the 23rd January, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 24th January, 2014 namely:—
2. In the Schedule to the said notification—
[भाग II—खण्ड 3 (ii)] भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण 3(a) against serial number 1, relating to Village Kalamchhuin Block 'A',—
(i) under the heading "Type of land (in acres)" for entries 585.050, 8.390, 119.937, the entries 584.050, 8.390, 119.517 shall respectively be substituted;
(ii) under the heading "Total" for entries 713.377, the entries 711.957 shall be substituted;
(b) against serial number 2, relating to Village Kalamchhuin Block 'B',—
(i) under heading "Type of land (in acres)", for entries 51.230, 14.360, 41.523 the entries 52.170, 14.360, 41.943 shall respectively be substituted;
(ii) under heading "Total:" for entries 107.113, the entries 108.473 shall be substituted;
(c) for the entries "Total: 657.05, 22.750, 161.460, 841.26", the entries "Total: 656.99, 22.750, 161.460 and 841.20 shall respectively be substituted;
(d) for the entries "Total: 841.260 acres (approximately) or 340.453 hectares (approximately)", the entries "Total: 841.20 acres (approximately) or 340.429 hectares (approximately)" shall be substituted;
(e) under heading " Plots to be notified under section 4(1):
Village Kalamachhuin – Block-"A",-
(i) the plot numbers 6507(P), 6308/8023, 6488/8102 and 6431/8133 shall be omitted;
(ii) for the plot number 436/8152, the plot number 4336/8152 shall be substituted.
(f) under heading "Boundary Description", for sub-headings :-
(i) "Village Kalamchhuin – Block B", plot numbers 6507(P), 6308/ 023, 6431/8133 and 859/8229 shall be inserted at the end;
( ii) "Village Birabarpur – Block D", for plot numbers 43(P) to 47, 49 to 55, 162, 163, 168, 169, 171 to 178, the plot numbers 32, 36 to 38, 58(P), 59(P), 61, 107 to 109(P), 113(P), 115, 132, 147, 179 and 180 shall be substituted;
(iii) "Village Birabarpur – Block E , for plot numbers 32, 36 to 38, 58(P), 59(P), 61, 107 to 109(P), 113(P), 115, 132, 147, 179 and 180, the plot numbers 43(P) to 47, 49 to 55, 162, 163, 168, 169 and 171 to 178 shall be substituted.
