सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन. . . . 43434343((((अअअअ)))).—क(cid:10) (cid:11)ीय सरकार, कं पनी अिधिनयम, 2013 (2013 का 18) क(cid:16) धारा 135 और धारा 469 क(cid:16) उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) (cid:20)ारा (cid:21)द(cid:22)त शि(cid:26)तय(cid:27) का (cid:21)योग करते (cid:31)ए कं पनी (कारपोरेट सामािजक दाियत्व नीित) िनयम, 2014 म(cid:10) और संशोधन करने के िलए िन$निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा'त् :—
1.
(1) इन िनयम(cid:27) का संि*+त नाम कं पनी (कारपोरेट सामािजक दािय(cid:22)व नीित) संशोधन िनयम, 2015 है।
(2) ये िनयम राजप/ म(cid:10) (cid:21)काशन क(cid:16) तारीख को (cid:21)वृ(cid:22)त ह(cid:27)गे। 2.
कं पनी (कारपोरेट सामािजक दािय(cid:22)व नीित) िनयम, 2014 के िनयम 4 के उप िनयम (2) म(cid:10),—
(i)
"अिधिनयम क(cid:16) धारा 8 के अधीन कं पनी (cid:20)ारा 4थािपत (cid:4)कसी कं पनी अथवा उसक(cid:16) हो5(cid:6)डग या अनुषंगी या सहयोगी कं पनी के मा7यम से अथवा अ8य तरीके से" श9द(cid:27) के 4थान पर "अिधिनयम क(cid:16) धारा 8 के अधीन कं पनी (cid:20)ारा, या तो अके ले या उसक(cid:16) हो5(cid:6)डग या अनुषंगी या सहयोगी कं पनी के साथ, या (cid:4)कसी अ8य कं पनी या ऐसी अ8य कं पनी क(cid:16) हो5(cid:6)डग या अनुषंगी या सहयोगी कं पनी के साथ 4थािपत, या अ8य (cid:4)कसी तरीके से" श9द रखे जाएंगे।
(ii)
परंतुक के खंड (i) म(cid:10), "उस कं पनी अथवा उसक(cid:16) हो5(cid:6)डग या अनुषंगी या सहयोगी कं पनी (cid:20)ारा नह= क(cid:16) गई हो तो इसके " श9द(cid:27) के 4थान पर "उस कं पनी (cid:20)ारा, या तो अके ले या उसक(cid:16) हो5(cid:6)डग या अनुषंगी 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] या सहयोगी कं पनी के साथ, या (cid:4)कसी अ8य कं पनी या ऐसी अ8य कं पनी क(cid:16) हो5(cid:6)डग या अनुषंगी या सहयोगी कं पनी के साथ नह= क(cid:16) गई हो तो इसके " श9द रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2015
G.S.R. 43(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 135 and sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2),—
(i) for the words "established by the company or its holding or subsidiary or associate company under section 8 of the Act or otherwise", the words "established under section 8 of the Act by the company, either singly or alongwith its holding or subsidiary or associate company, or alongwith any other company or holding or subsidiary or associate company of such other company, or otherwise" shall be substituted;
holding or subsidiary or associate company, it", the words "not established by the company, either singly or alongwith its holding or subsidiary or associate company, or alongwith any other company or holding or subsidiary or associate company of such other company" shall be substituted.
