काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 198198198198(अअअअ).—के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार,,,, मेट्रो रेल (संकर्म संनिर्माण) अिधिनयम,,,, 1978 (1978 का 33) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 32 की उप-धारा (1) के ख#ड (क) के अधीन जारी भारत के राजपत्र,,,, असाधारण,,,, भाग-II,,,, ख#ड-1 तारीख 27 मार्च,,,, 2001 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के शहरी विकास और गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. एफ सं. के -14011/48/89-यूडी-II (यूटी) का.आ. तारीख 27 मार्च,,,, 2001 के द्वारा दिल्ली के महानगर शहर के संबंध में उक्त अिधिनयम की अनुसूची में उक्त अधिसूचना में यथा विनि4दष्ट मेट्रो संरेखण जोड़ा है।
मेट्रो रेल (संकर्म संनिर्माण) अिधिनयम,,,, 1978 (1978 का 33) के उपबंधों को अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2625(अ) तारीख 16.10.2009 के द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के क्षेत्रों तक विस्तार किया गया है।
और के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार की राय यह है कि दिल्ली के महानगर शहर और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के संबंध में मेट्रो रेल के संनिर्माण और अनुरक्षण के लिए अनुसूची मेट्रो मार्ग संरेखण को जोड़ना आवश्यक है।
अत:,,,, अब,,,, के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 32 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (क) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Aए,,,, उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में निम्निलिखत रीित से,,,, मेट्रो रेल के संनिर्माण और अनुरक्षण के लिए दिल्ली के महानगर शहर और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के संबंध में मेट्रो मार्ग संरेखण जोड़ती है,,,, अर्थात्:—
दिल्ली के महानगर शहर के संबंध में मेट्रो मार्ग संरेखण संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्थान पर,,,, निम्निलिखत अनुसूची रखी जाएगी,,,, अर्थात्:—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2015
S.O. 198(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation number F. No. K-14011/48/89-UD. II (UT) S.O., dated the 27th March, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, dated the 27th March, 2001, issued under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government has added the metro-alignment in respect of the metropolitan city of Delhi as specified in the said notification, to the schedule of the said Act;
Whereas, by notification number S.O. 2625(E), dated the 16th October, 2009, the provisions of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) has been extended to the areas of National Capital Region;
And Whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that for the construction and maintenance of the metro railway in respect of metropolitan city of Delhi and the National Capital Region, it is necessary to add to the Schedule the metro alignment;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the said Act, the Central Government, for the construction and maintenance of the metro railway, hereby adds to the Schedule to the said Act, the metro alignment in respect of metropolitan city of Delhi and National Capital Region, in the following manner, namely:—
For the said Schedule relating to the metro alignment in respect of metropolitan city of Delhi, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :—
