lk-dk-fu- 47¼v½-—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 47) की धारा 141 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और सीमा सुरक्षा बल पैरा वेटेनरी स्टाफ समूह 'ख' और समूह 'ग' (योधक) पद भर्ती नियम, 2014 का संषोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल, पैरा वेटेनरी स्टाफ समूह 'ख' और समूह 'ग' (योधक) पद भर्ती (संषोधन) नियम, 2015 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. सीमा सुरक्षा बल पैरा वेटेनरी स्टाफ समूह 'ख' और समूह 'ग' (योधक) पद भर्ती नियम, 2014 की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने, उप निरीक्षक (कंपाउंडर पषु चिकित्सा) से संबंधित स्तम्भ (9) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "दो वर्ष" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

New Delhi, the 13th_January, 2015

G.S.R. 47(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Border Security Force Para Veterinary Staff, Group 'B' and 'C' posts (Combatised) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force Para Veterinary Staff, Group 'B' and 'C' posts (Combatised) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Border Security Force Para Veterinary Staff, Group 'B' and 'C' posts (Combatised) Recruitment Rules 2014, against serial number 1, relating to the post of Sub-Inspector (Compounder Veterinary), in column (9), for the entry, the entry "Two years", shall be substituted.
