का.आ. 205(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, पौधा किस्म और कृषक अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2001 (2001 का 53) की धारा 14 के साथ पठित धारा 29 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकरण के लिए पात्र निम्नलिखित वंष या जाति को (वर्तमान किस्म या कृषक की किस्म नहीं होने के कारण) अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात्‌ः-
