सं. 13 - सी0ए0 (परीक्षा)/मई/2015ः-चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स रेगुलेशन 1988 के रेगुलेशन 22 के अनुसार, दि काँसिल ऑफ दि इंस्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स ऑफ इण्डिया को अधिसूचना जारी करने में प्रसन्नता है कि इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) और फाईनल की परीक्षायें निम्नलिखित तिथियों तथा स्थानों पर होंगी बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिये पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी आवेदन करते हैं। उसी प्रकार, रेगुलेशन 204 के अन्तर्गत पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन पाठ्‌यक्रम परीक्षा अर्थात, इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमैंट (आई0आर0एम0) परीक्षा (जो कि इंस्टीट्‌यूट के सदस्यों के लिए खुली हैं) भी निम्नलिखित तिथियों तथा स्थानों (केवल भारत स्थित केन्द्रों) पर होंगी, बशर्ते कि, प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा में पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी आवेदन करते हैं। इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) परीक्षा :- (पाठ्‌यक्रम शिक्षा प्रणाली जोे काँसिल द्वारा चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स रेगुलेशन 1988 के रेगुलेशन 28- ई (3) के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचित है, के अनुसार)

परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान केवल डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा होना चाहिए। परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक के डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा ''सचिव'' दि इन्स्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स ऑफ इण्डिया के पक्ष में होनी चाहिए और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो। परिषद्‌ अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्र्तगत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्‌द कर सकती है। इन परीक्षाओं में प्रवेश के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र http://icaiexam.icai.org पर मुफ्त भर सकते हैं, [अर्थात इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) एवं फाइनल परीक्षार्थियों द्वारा अगर आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाइन भरे गये हाें तो 1000/- रू॰ आवेदन पत्र शुल्क नहीं लिया जायेगा] अन्यथा निर्धारित प्रारूप वाले फार्म पर, जिसकी कॉपी उप सचिव (परीक्षा) दि इन्स्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स ऑफ इण्डिया, आईसीएआई भवन, इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग, नई दिल्ली-110002 से 1000/- शुल्क के साथ इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) एवं फाईनल परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इन्स्युरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमेन्ट (आई0आर0एम0) परीक्षा के लिये आवेदन पत्र 100/- रू॰ प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान पर उपलब्ध होंगे। आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्‌यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचों के कार्यालयों में भी उपलब्ध है और नकद भुगतान करने पर 3 फरवरी, 2015 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं। परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के साथ किसी भी सूचीकृत बैंक का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट लगाकर इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह उप सचिव (परीक्षा) के कार्यालय में 24 फरवरी, 2015 तक पहुँच जाये। तथापि, परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र इन्स्टीट्‌यूट के नई दिल्ली कार्यालय में 24 फरवरी, 2015 के बाद तथा 3 मार्च, 2015 तक 500/-रुपये विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ भी स्वीकार किये जायेंगे। विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षाओं के आवेदन पत्र इन्स्टीट्‌यूट के नई दिल्ली व विकेन्द्रित कार्यालयों मुम्बई, चेन्नई, कोलकाता, कानपुर, दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, ईरनाकुलम, हैदराबाद, इन्दौर, जयपुर, नागपुर, पूना, सूरत, थाने एवं वदोदरा में 3 मार्च, 2015 तक विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ स्वयं आकर भी दिया जा सकता है। इन नगरों में रहने वाले परिक्षार्थियों को इस सुविधा का फायदा लेने की सलाह दी जाती है। 3 मार्च, 2015 के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों को किसी भी दषा में स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा। पूर्ण रूप से भरे हुए, पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेषन कोर्स - इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमैंट (आई0आर0एम0) परीक्षा के आवेदन पत्र केवल इंस्टीट्‌यूट के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय में ही जमा कराये जा सकते हैं।

इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) एवं फाइनल परीक्षा के परीक्षार्थी जो कि http:\\icaiexam.icai.org पर दिनाँक 3 फरवरी, 2015 से 24 फरवरी, 2015 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते हैं तथा परीक्षा षुल्क का भुगतान अपने वीजा अथवा मास्टर क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड द्वारा करते हैं, तो उनसे आवेदन पत्र षुल्क 1000/-रू. नहीं लिया जायेगा। तथापि, यदि वे 24 फरवरी, 2015 के बाद तथा 3 मार्च, 2015 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते हैं, तोे उन्हें 500/-रुपये की अतिरिक्त राषि का भुगतान विलम्ब शुल्क के रूप में करना होगा। विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के लिये देय परीक्षा शुल्क इस प्रकार है।

दुबई/आबुधाबी / मस्कट परीक्षा केन्द्र से बैठने वाले इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) एवं फाइनल के परीक्षार्थियों को यू0एस0 डॉलर 350 और यू0एस0 डॉलर 400 क्रमशः या उसके सममूल्य की भारतीय मुद्रा में परीक्षा शुल्क अदा करना पड़ेगा चाहे वे एक ग्रुप या दोनों ग्रुपों या एक ईकाई में बैठ रहे हों।

काठमांडू परीक्षा केन्द्र से बैठने वाले इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) एवं फाइनल के परीक्षार्थियों को भारतीय मुद्रा में ` 2250/- और ` 3000/- क्रमशः या उसके सममूल्य की विदेशी मुद्रा में परीक्षा शुल्क अदा करना पड़ेगा चाहे वे एक ग्रुप या दोनों ग्रुपों या एक इकाई में बैठ रहे हों। हिन्दी में उत्तर लिखने की ऐच्छिकता इण्टरमीडिएट (आईपीसी) एवं फाइनल परीक्षाओं के उम्मीदवारों को उत्तर हिन्दी माध्यम से भी देने की सुविधा दी जाती है। विस्तृत जानकारी आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न सूचना पत्र में उपलब्ध है। तथापि पोस्ट क्वालिफिकेशन कोर्स - इन्स्यूरेन्स एवं रिस्क मैनेजमैन्ट परीक्षा के उम्मीदवारों को उत्तर केवल अंगे्रजी में ही लिखना है।

No. 13-CA (EXAM)/M/2015: In pursuance of Regulation 22 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify that the Intermediate (IPC) and Final examinations will be held on the dates given below at the following places provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each centre.

Similarly, Examinations in Post Qualification Course under Regulations 204, viz.: Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) examination (which are open to the members of the Institute) will be held on the dates given below at the above places (centres in India only) provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each of the above places.

INTERMEDIATE (IPC) EXAMINATION [As per syllabus contained in the scheme notified by the Council under Regulation 28 E (3) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988]

FINAL EXAMINATION [As per syllabus contained in the scheme notified by the Council under Regulation 31 (ii) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.]

INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT (IRM) EXAMINATION

PLACES OF EXAMINATION CENTRES IN INDIA: (FOR ALL EXAMINATIONS)

Payment of fees for the examinations should be made by Demand Draft only. The Demand Drafts may be of any Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi only.

The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason.

Applications for admission to Intermediate (IPC) and Final examinations are required to be made either online at http://icaiexam.icai.org free of cost (i.e. ```` 1000/- for Intermediate (IPC) & Final candidates for the cost of application form shall not be charged if applications are filled in online) or in the relevant prescribed form, copies of which may be obtained from the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, 'ICAI BHAWAN', Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002 on payment of ` 1000/- per application form in respect of Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examination candidates, whereas the Examination application form for Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) examination are to be filled up in the paper based form only and is priced at ` 100/- per application form. The forms shall also be made available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained there from on cash payment on or from 3rd February, 2015.

Applications together with the prescribed fee by Demand Draft of any Scheduled Bank may be sent so as to reach the Deputy Secretary (Examinations) at New Delhi not later than 24th February, 2015. However, applications will also be received at Delhi Office after 24th February, 2015 and upto 3rd March, 2015 with late fee of ```` 500/-. Applications for the students' examinations only duly filled in will also be received by hand delivery at the office of Institute at New Delhi and at the Decentralised Offices of the Institute at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Nagpur, Pune, Surat, Thane and Vadodara upto 3rd March, 2015. Candidates residing in these cities are advised to take advantage of this facility. Applications received after 3rd March, 2015 shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

However, application forms duly completed for the Post Qualification Course Examination i.e. Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) will be received only at the New Delhi office of the Institute.

The candidates who apply online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 3rd February, 2015 to 24th February,

2015 and remit the fee online by using either VISA or MASTER Credit/ Debit Card shall not be charged ` ` ` ` 1000/-

in case of Intermediate (IPC) & Final examination (i.e. cost of application form fee). They shall however, be

required to remit additional ```` 500/- towards late fee in case the application online is made after 24th February,

2015 and upto 3rd March, 2015.

The fees payable for the various examinations are as under:

Candidates of Intermediate (IPC) and Final examination opting for Dubai /Abu Dhabi / Muscat are required to remit, US$ 350 and US$ 400 respectively or their equivalent Indian Currency irrespective of whether the candidates appears in a group or in both the groups or in a unit.

Candidates of Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examinations opting for Examination Centre at Kathmandu are required to remit Indian ` 2250/- and Indian `3000/- respectively or their equivalent relevant foreign currency irrespective of whether the candidates appear in a group or in both the groups or in a unit. OPTION TO ANSWER PAPERS IN HINDI:

Candidates of Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examinations will be allowed to opt for Hindi medium for answering papers. Detailed information will be found printed in the Information Sheets attached to the relevant application form. However the medium of Examinations will be only English in respect of Post Qualification Course viz.: Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Examination.

सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा का पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह उप सचिव (परीक्षा) के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय में 28 अप्रैल, 2015 तक पहुँच जाये । 28 अप्रैल, 2015 के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे। सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा का पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र स्वयं आकर भी इन्स्टीट्‌यूट के नई दिल्ली कार्यालय व विकेन्द्रित कार्यालयों मुम्बई, चेन्नई, कोलकाता, कानपुर, दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, ईरनाकुलम, हैदराबाद, इन्दौर, जयपुर, नागपुर, पूना, सूरत, थाने एवं वदोदरा में 28 अप्रैल, 2015 तक जमा कराया जा सकता है।

जो परीक्षार्थी http://icaiexam.icai.org पर दिनाँक 7 अप्रैल, 2015 (प्रातः 10.00 बजे) से 28 अप्रैल, 2015 (सांय 5.30 बजे) तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते हैं तथा परीक्षा षुल्क का भुगतान अपने वीजा अथवा मास्टर क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड द्वारा करते हैं, तो उनसे आवेदन पत्र षुल्क 1000 रु. नहीं लिया जायेगा।

सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा (सी.पी.टी.) केवल उन्हीं परीक्षार्थियों के लिए है जो पहले से इस परीक्षा के लिए दि इंस्टीट्‌यूट आफ चार्टड एकाउन्टेन्ट्‌स ऑफ इण्डिया में, 1 अप्रैल, 2015 या इससे पहले रजिस्टर्ड हैं व योग्यता संबंधी आवष्यकताओं को पूर्ण करते हैं।

प्रश्नपत्र पुस्तिका की भाषाः-

सामान्य प्रवीणता परीक्षा वस्तुनिष्ठ एवं बहुंिवकल्पीय प्रष्नों पर आधारित परीक्षा होगी। उम्मीदवारों को उत्तर हिन्दी माध्यम की प्रष्न पत्र पुस्तिका द्वारा भी देने की सुविधा दी जाती है। विस्तृत जानकारी विवरणिका में उपलब्ध है।

No.13-CA (EXAM)/CPT/June/2015.—In pursuance of Regulation 22 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify that the Common Proficiency Test will be held on Sunday, 14th June, 2015 in two sessions as below, at the following centres provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each centre.

[This Common Proficiency Test will be conducted as per provisions of Regulation 25 D (3) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.]

The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason. Applications for admission to Common Proficiency Test is required to be made in the relevant prescribed form as contained in the Information Brochure, which may be obtained from the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002 on payment of ` 1500 (` 500 towards examination fee and ` 1000 towards cost of application form and Information brochure) per application form. The fee for candidates opting for Abu Dhabi and Dubai, centres will be US $170 (US $ 150 towards examination fee and US $ 20 towards cost of application form and information brochure) or its equivalent Indian Currency. The fee for the candidates opting for Kathmandu centre are required to remit INR.1850 (INR 850 towards examination fee and INR 1000 towards the cost of application form and information brochure) or its equivalent foreign Currency. The candidates who fill up the examination application form online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 7th April, 2015 (10.00 hrs) to 28th April, 2015 (17.30 hrs) and remit the fee online by using either VISA or MASTER Credit/ Debit Card shall not be charged ```` 1000 (i.e. cost of application form fee).

The aforesaid Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is open only to students registered with the Institute of

Chartered Accountants of India for the Common Proficiency Course on or before 1st April, 2015 and fulfill the

requisite eligibility conditions.

QUESTION PAPER BOOKLET LANGUAGE:

Common Proficiency Test is an objective type multiple choice questions based examination. Candidates will be allowed to opt for Hindi medium Question Paper Booklet for answering the questions. Detailed information will be found given in the Information brochure.
