S.O. 219(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section 4(b) of Section 3 of National Jute Board Act, 2008 (No.12 of 2009) and in continuation to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles S.O. 1485(E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated 07-06-2013, Government of India hereby nominate following two members of Lok Sabha in place of Smt. Bijoya Chakravarty and Sh. Abdul Mannan Hossain to serve as member in the National Jute Board for a period of two years from the date of the notification:—

(i) Smt. Butta Renuka, Member of Parliament, (Lok Sabha).

(ii) Shri Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, Member of Parliament, (Lok Sabha).
