आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 21 जनवरी, 2015
का.आ. 218(अ).— केन्द्र सरकार ने, स्थायी सलाहकार समिति द्वारा उसे की गई सिपफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात्् दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2014 के आदेश के सं. का.आ. 294;अद्ध, द्वारा निदेश दिया था कि उस आदेश की अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;2द्ध में विनिदष्ट वस्तुओं को आपूत अथवा वितरण के लिए पटसन पैकेजग सामग्री में ऐसी न्यूनतम प्रतिशतता में, जैसे कि वर्ष 2013-14 के लिए अर्थात् 30 जून, 2014 तक उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;3द्ध में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिदष्ट है, पैक किया जाएगा ।
और जबकि केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 27 जून, 2014 के आदेश सं. का. आ. 1633;अद्ध, के द्वारा, उपर्युक्त आदेश की वैध्ता का विस्तार, उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से पाँच महीने की अवध् िके लिए कर दिया है, जोकि 30 नवम्बर, 2014 तक है ।
और जबकि केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 25 नवम्बर, 2014 के आदेश सं. का. आ. 2968;अद्ध, के द्वारा, उपर्युक्त आदेश की वैध्ता का विस्तार, उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से दो महीने आगे की अवध् िके लिए कर दिया है, जोकि 31 जनवरी, 2015 तक है ।
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पटसन पैवेफजग सामग्री ;वस्तु पैकग अनिवार्य प्रयोगद्ध अध्निियम, 1987 ;1987 का 10द्ध की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद््द्वारा निदेश देती है कि 31 जनवरी, 2015 को समाप्त होने वाली उपरोक्त आदेश की वैध्ता का विस्तार उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से दो मास आगे की अवध् िअथवा आगामी आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 218 (E).—Whereas the Central Government after considering the recommendations made to it by the Standing Advisory Committee, had directed, vide order number S.O. 294(E), dated the 31st January, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said order), that the commodities specified in column (2) of the Schedule to the said order, shall be packed in jute packaging material, for supply or distribution, in such minimum percentage as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Schedule, for the year 2013-2014 i.e. upto the 30th June, 2014.
And whereas the Central Government extended the validity of the said order vide order number S.O. 1633(E), dated the 27th June, 2014, for a further period of five months from the date of the expiry of the said order, that is, upto the 30th November, 2014.
And whereas the Central Government extended the validity of the said order vide order number S.O. 2968(E), dated the 25th November, 2014, for a further period of two months from the date of the expiry of the said order, that is, upto the 31st January, 2015.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby directs that the validity of the said order, expiring on the 31st January, 2015, shall be extended for a further period of two months from the date of its expiry or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
