सा.का.नि. 49 (अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय निरीक्षण सेवा ;समूह 'क'द्ध नियम 2013 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित बनाते हैं, अर्थात्् :—
1. ;1द्ध इन नियमो का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय निरीक्षण सेवा ;समूह 'क'द्ध संशोध्न नियम, 2015 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय निरीक्षण सेवा ;समूह 'क'द्ध नियम, 2013 में ।
;कद्ध क्रम सं. 5 के सामने, स्तंभ 4 की, विद्यामान प्रविष्टि में, फ्कनिष्ठ समयमान में सीध्ी भर्ती के लिए अपनी यथा विनिदष्ट अपनी इंजीनियरी विद््याशाखा में डिप्लोमा रखते हैं।'' शब्दों के स्थान पर फ्प्रोन्नत व्यक्ति के पास कनिष्ठ समयमान में सीध्ी भार्ती के लिए यथा विनिदष्ट इंजीनियरी की संबंधित विद्याशाखा में कम से कम डिप्लोमा होना चाहिएय् शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
;खद्ध क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने, स्तंंभ 4 की विद््यामान प्रविष्टि में संशोध्न की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।
;2द्ध अनुसूची-4 में, क्रम सं. 4 के सामने विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति से संबंध्ति स्तंभ 3 की, प्रथम प्रविष्टि में संशोध्न की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

New Delhi, the 14th Jaruary, 2015
G.S.R. 49(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Inspection Service (Group 'A') Rules, 2013, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Inspection Service (Group 'A') Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Inspection Service (Group 'A') Rules, 2013,
(1) in Schedule III,—
(a) against serial number 5, in column (4), in the existing entry, for the words "Should possess", the words "Promotee should possess" shall be substituted;
(b) against serial number 6, in column (4), in the existing entry, the words, figures, brackets, letters and sign, "and rule 7 (2) (a) (i & ii)" shall be omitted;
(2) in Schedule IV, against serial number 4, in column (3) relating to Departmental Promotion Committee, in the first entry, for the word "Member", the word "Chairman" shall be substituted.
