सा.का.नि. 57(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, भारत के संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद््द्वारा,
भारत के राजपत्रा, भाग II, खंड-3, उप-खंड;iद्ध में दिनांक
27 नवम्बर, 1999 को प्रकाशित दिनांक 9 नवम्बर, 1999 की अध्सिूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 387 को, भारतीय सिविल लेखा सेवा में सहायक निदेशक ;लेखाद्ध के पद का संवर्गीकरण करने को सुकर बनाने के लिए, ऐसे निरस्तीकरण से पहले किए गए या किए जाने के लिए छोडे हुए कार्यों छोड़कर, निरस्त करते हैं ।

G.S.R. 57(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby rescinds notification number G.S.R. 387, dated the 9th November, 1999, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 27th Novembeer, 1999, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, to facilitate the encadrement of the post of Assistant Director (Accounts) in the Indian Civil Accounts Service.
