संसंसंसं. . . . 12011/7/2014-बीसीबीसीबीसीबीसी----II.—भारत सरकार, क(cid:24)याण मंऽालय ने !दनांक 10.09.1993 का संक(cid:24)प सं. 12011/ 68/93-बीसीसी (cid:5)जसे भारत के राजपऽ के असाधारण भाग-I, ख$ड-1 जी. एन. सं. 186 म' सोमवार, 13 िसत)बर, 1993 को ूकािशत !कया गया (cid:5)जसके अंतग,त के रल रा-य म' बम सं. 50 पर पुलुवन जाित को अ(cid:8)य (cid:20)पछड़ा वग, !क सामा(cid:8)य सूची म' शािमल !कया गया था और !दनाक 27.10.1999 के संक(cid:24)प सं. 12011/68/98-बीसीसी, (cid:5)जसे भारत का राजपऽ, असाधारण, भाग-I, ख$ड-1, जी. एन. सं. 241 म' बुधवार, 27 अ5टू बर, 1999 को ूकािशत !कया गया था, (cid:5)जसके अंतग,त के रल रा-य म' बम सं. 74 पर "त7चर" जाित को अ(cid:8)य (cid:20)पछड़ा वग, क8 क' ि:य सूची म' शािमल !कया गया और चू ं!क अब उ< समुदाय= को के रल रा-य क8 अनुसूिचत जाितय= क8 सूची म' शािमल !कया गया है, इसिलए उ< संक(cid:24)प म' िन)निल(cid:5)खत संशोधन !कये जाते हैं, यथा :—

1. के रल रा-य क8 अ(cid:8)य (cid:20)पछड़ा वग, क8 क' ि:य सूची क8 ू(cid:20)वBी सं. 50 पर नािमत "पुलुवन" जाित को (cid:20)वलो(cid:20)पत !कया जाता है ।

2. के रल रा-य क8 अ(cid:8)य (cid:20)पछड़ा वग, क8 क' ि:य सूची क8 ू(cid:20)वBी सं. 74 पर नािमत "त7चर" जाित के ःथान पर िन)निल(cid:5)खत संशोिधत !कया जाए:-

No. 12011/7/2014-BC-II.—Whereas by the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Welfare bearing No. 12011/68/93-BCC dated 10.9.1993 published in Extraordinary issue of the Gazette of India, Part-I, Section-1, G.N. No. 186, Monday, September 13, 1993 in the State : Kerala : Common List Pulluvan was included against S.No.50 and No. 12011/68/98-BCC dated 27.10.1999 published in Extraordinary issue of the Gazette of India, Part-I, Section-1, G.N. No. 241, Wednesday, October 27, 1999 in the State : Kerala : Thachar was included against S. No.74 and whereas the said communities have now been included in the list of Scheduled Castes of Kerala, therefore the following amendments are made in the said Resolution, namely:

1. S. No. 50 and entry namely "Pulluvan" caste stands omitted from the Central List of OBCs for the State of Kerala.

2 S. No.74 and entry namely "Thachar" caste in the Central list of OBCs for the State of Kerala stands modified as under:—
