का. आ. 236(अ).—भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्राालय ;राजस्व विभागद्ध की दिनांक 1 जून, 2006 की अध्सिूचना सं. का.आ. 841;अद्ध के तहत प्रकाशित अध्सिूचना सं. 2006 की 5/पफा. सं. 6/3/2005. ई.एस. में वुफछ भी निहित होने के बावजूद, केन्द्र सरकार एतद््द्वारा ध्न-शोध्न निवारण अध्निियम, 2002 ;2003 का 15द्ध की धरा 43 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में मुख्य न्यायाध्ीश के परामर्श से कोयला ब्लॉक आवंटन मामलों से संबध्ति अपराधें से निपटने और अनन्य रूप से इनके न्यायनिर्णयन के लिए श्री भारत पाराशर, अपर सत्रा न्यायाध्ीश, दिल्ली की अध्यक्षता में सत्रा न्यायलय को विशेष न्यायालय के रूप मे पदनामित करती है ।

S.O. 236(E).—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 5 of 2006/F. No. 6/3/2005-E.S., dated the 1st June, 2006, published vide number S.O. 841(E), dated the Ist June, 2006, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, the Central Government, hereby designates the Court of Session presided over by Shri Bharat Parashar, Additional Sessions Judge, Delhi as Special Court, to deal with and exclusively try the offences pertaining to Coal Block Allocation Matters.
