का.आ. 240(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि लोकहित में यह आवश्यक है कि भारतीय रेलवे के डी. एपफ. सी. के लिए बी. के. पी. एल. का मुगलसराय और कानपुर के बीच खण्ड शिफ्रटग के लिए विगत अनुसार क्षेत्रा-एच ;प्रस्थापित पाइपलाइन चैनेज 433.654 से 440.085 तक जिला-इलाहाबादद्ध में पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों के परिवहन हेतु जिला इलाहाबाद, राज्य उत्तरप्रदेश में इंडियन ऑयल कापोरिशन लिमिटेड द््वारा पाइपलाइन बिछाई जानी चाहिए और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाई जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अध्सिूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची में वणत है, उपयोग का अर्जन किया जाए ऋ
अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार ने पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन्स (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जनद्ध अधिनियम, 1962 ;1962 का 50द्ध की धरा 3 की उप-धारा ;1द्ध द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त भूमि में उपयोग के अध्किार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थीऋ
कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वाणत भूमि में हितब( है, उस तारीख से जिसको, भारत के राजपत्रा में यथा प्रकाशित इस अध्ि सूचना की प्रतियां साधरण जनता को उपलब्ध् करा दी जाती हैं इक्कीस दिन के अन्दर, भूमि के भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने हेतु उपयोग के अध्किार के अर्जन के लिए, श्री अवध्ेश सह, सक्षम प्राध्किारी, इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, पाइपलाइन डिवीजन सूबेदारगंज, जिला इलाहाबाद, पो. पीपलगाँव, राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश, पिनः 211012 को लिखित रूप में आक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2015
S.O. 240(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that a pipeline should be laid by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Dist. Allahabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh for carrying out 'Detailed Survey For Shifting of Barauni Kanpur Pipeline Between Mughalsarai And Kanpur For DFCCIL of Indian Railway in Part-H (From Existing P/L Ch.433.654 To 440.085 Km. in District-Allahabad)' for the transportation of Petroleum Product;
And, whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipetine, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land, to Shri Awadhesh Singh, Competent Authority, Indian Oil Corporation Limited. (Pipelines Division), Barauni Kanpur Pipelines, Subedarganj p.a. Pipalgaon Dist. Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) 21-10-12.
