काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 250250250250((((अअअअ))))....———— के न्(cid:9)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए, एत#ारा निदेश देती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न तािलका के कालम (2) में व,णत प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से संबंधित काय1 का निष्पादन करने के संबंध में प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सामने तालिका के कालम (3) में विनिर्धारित कार्य इस शर्त के अध्यधीन राज्य सरकारों द्वारा पूरे किए जाएंगे कि संबंधित राज्य सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन वतर्मान में लागू नियमों का अनुपालन करने के लिए ऐसे काय1 को करने के लिए बाध्य होंगी और उस प्रयोजनार्थ तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ), तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में एत#ारा निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:—
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, Bम सं. 28 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:—

S.O. 250(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
