का.आ. 281(अ).—राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अध्निियम, 2008 ;2008 का 34द्ध ;जिसे आगे इसमें उक्त अध्निियम कहा गया हैद्ध की धरा 11 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, V अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सेशन न्यायालय, लाल बहादुर नगर, रंगा रेड््डी जिला, हैदराबाद, तेलंगाना को विशेष न्यायालय के बतौर अध्सिूचित करती है, जिसका अध्सिूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 11 की उक्त उप-धरा ;1द्ध के प्रयोजनार्थ न्याय-क्षेत्रााध्किार पूर्ण तेलंगाना राज्य होगा ।

S.O. 281(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby
notifies the V Additional District and Sessions Court, Lal
Bahadur Nagar in Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad,
Telangana as Special Court having jurisdiction throughout
the State of Telangana for the purpose of the said
sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the said Act for trial of
schedule offences.
