S.O. 277(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 1854(E) dated the 24th February, 2014, the Central Government hereby appointed Shri Ganesh Vishwakarma, Executive Director, NISP, NMDC Iron and Steel Plant, Nagarnar, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh - 494001 to manage the affairs of the NMDC Iron and Steel Plant, Nagarnar, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh - 494001, who shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes of the said Act. का.आ. 277(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ;1948 का 63द्ध की धरा 2 के खंड;ढ़द्ध के पहले परंतुक के खंड ;iiiद्ध के अनसुरण में भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्राालय की अध्-ि सूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 1854;अद्ध, तारीख 24 पफरवरी, 2014 को अध्क्रिांत करते हएु श्री गणेश विश्मकर्मा, कार्यकारी निदेशक, एन आई एस पी, एन एम डी सी, लौह इस्पात संयंत्रा नागरनार, जिला- बस्तर, छत्तीसगढ़- 494001 को एन एम डी सी, लौह इस्पात संयंत्रा नागरनार, जिला- बस्तर, छत्तीसगढ़- 494001 के कार्यकलापों का प्रबंध् करने के लिए नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त अध्निियम के प्रयोजनाें के लिए अध्ष्ठिाता समझा जाएगा ।
