बैंकग कंपनी ;उपक्रमों का अध्ग्रिहण व अंतरणद्धअध्निियम, 1970 ;1970 के 5द्ध की धरा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त अध्किारोेंं का उपयोग करते हुए केनरा बैंक के निदेशक मंडल ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के परामर्श व केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति के साथ केनरा बैंक ;शेयर व बैठकद्ध विनियम, 2000 में निम्नलिखित संशोध्नाें को करने का प्रस्ताव किया है।

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition And Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of Canara Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government propose to make the following amendments to the Canara Bank (Shares and Meetings) Regulations, 2000, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement. -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभः
;1द्ध इन विनियमों को केनरा बैंक ;शेयर व बैठकद्ध संशोध्न
विनियम, 2014 कहा जाएगा ।
;2द्ध ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तिथि से
प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. विनिमय 67 ;iiद्ध में संशोध्नः केनरा बैंक ;शेयर व बैठकद्ध विनियम, 2000 में— वर्तमान विनियम 67 ;ii) में फ्अध्निियम की धरा 9 की उपधरा ;3द्ध के खंड ;खद्ध व......य् के बाद निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगाः
फ्;डद्ध या ;चद्ध या ;छद्ध या ;जद्धय्
(1) These Regulations may be called the Canara Bank (Shares and Meetings) Amendment Regulations, 2014 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendments of Regulations 67 (ii) - In the Canara Bank (Shares and Meetings)
Regulations, 2000-
In the present Regulation 67 (ii), after the words "any two of the directors nominated under clauses (b) and" the following shall be added, namely-
(e) or (f) or (g) or (h) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of
the Act.
