Lka- 3947-&बैंककारी कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण) अधिनिय्ाम 1980 की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तिय्ाों का प्रय्ाोग करते हुए ओरिय्ान्टल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स का निदेषक मंडल, भारतीय्ा रिजर्व बैंक क परामर्ष और कन्द्रीय्ा सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से एतद्द्वारा ओरिय्ान्टल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स अधिकारी कर्मचारी (कर्मचारी) पेंषन विनिय्ाम, 1995 को संषोधित करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनिय्ाम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः
1. (1) इन विनिय्ामों का नाम ओरिय्ान्टल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स ( कर्मचारी ) पेंषन (संषोधन) विनिय्ाम, 2013 है ।
(2) य्ो विनिय्ाम शासकीय्ा राजपत्र्ा में इनक प्रकाषन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होेंगे ।
2. ओरिय्ान्टल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स (कर्मचारी) पेंषन विनिय्ाम 1995 क विनिय्ाम 50 क उप विनिय्ाम (1) में शब्दों ''दो वर्ष'' की जगह शब्द ''एक वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किय्ाा जाए ।
3. ओरिय्ान्टल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स (कर्मचारी) पेंषन विनिय्ाम 1995 क विनिय्ाम 50 क उप विनिय्ाम (6) में शब्दों ''दो वर्ष'' की जगह शब्द ''एक वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किय्ाा जाए ।

No. 3947.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Oriental Bank of Commerce after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 50 of the Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension Regulation, 1995 for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
3. In regulation 50 of the Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, in sub-regulation (6), for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.

(1) इन विनिय्ामों का नाम ओरिय्ान्टल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स अधिकारी कर्मचारी (सेवानिवृत्ति क पष्चात् गैर सरकारी क्षेत्र्ा क प्रतिष्ठान में नौकरी की स्वीकृति) (संषोधन) विनिय्ाम, 2013 है ।
(2) य्ो विनिय्ाम शासकीय्ा राजपत्र्ा में उनक प्रकाषन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होेंगे ।

1. (1) These regulations may be called Oriental Bank of Commerce Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Amendment Regulations, 2013.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2. In regulation 4 of the Oriental Bank of Commerce Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, in sub-regulation (1), for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
