काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 289289289289((((अअअअ))))....————जबकि, के न्(cid:14)ीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अिभकरण अिधिनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) (जिसे आगे इसमें उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते *ए दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 2015 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, ख0ड-3, उप-ख0ड (ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 2015 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 281(अ) के द्वारा, V अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय, लाल बहादुर नगर, रंगा रे6ी िजला, हैदराबाद, तेलंगाना को विशेष न्यायालय के बतौर अधिसूचित किया था, जिसका उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उक्त उप-धारा (1) के प्रयोजन हेतु अधिसूचित अपराधों के विचारण हेतु न्याय-क्षेत्राधिकार पूर्ण तेलंगाना राज्य होगा।
अत:, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के प्रयोग में के न्(cid:14)ीय सरकार, आं@ प्रदेश तथा तेलंगाना राज्य उAच न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश की अनुशंसा पर, एतद्द्वारा डा. टी. Bीनिवास राव, V अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश को उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता के लिए न्यायाधीश नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2015
S.O. 289(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government had, vide notification number S.O. 281(E), dated the 29th January, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th January, 2015, notified the V Additional District and Sessions Court, Lal Bahadur Nagar in Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the said Act having Jurisdiction throughout the State of Telangana for the trial of Scheduled Offences;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 11 of the said Act, the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh and for the State of Telangana, hereby appoints Dr. T. Srinivasa Rao, V Additional District and Sessions Judge as the Judge to preside over the said Special Court.
