lk-dk-fu- 66¼v½.—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 के 38) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा 6 के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय (पत्तन स्कंध) की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 114(अ), 25.02.2014, और 143(अ) 4.3.2014 के अधिक्रमण में, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के क्रम सं. 1 से 4 तक में दर्शाए गए व्यक्तियों को भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 31.03. 2016 तक कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है :

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2015
G.S.R. 66(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub- section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 114(E) dated 25th February, 2014 and 143(E) dated 4th March, 2014, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned against serial number 1-4 in the table below, to be trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata Port Trust from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India for the term upto 31.03.2016:-
