(1974 का 2) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित
राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अिभकरण अिधिनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34)
की धारा-15 की उप-धारा (1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का
प्रयोग करते (ए तथा भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय के दिनांक
25 अगस्त, 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1968(अ) का
अधि(cid:15)मण करते (ए, सिवाय उन काय3 के , जिन्हें ऐसे अधि(cid:15)मण
के पूर्व संपादित कर लिया गया था अथवा करने के लिए छोड़
दिया गया था, के न्9ीय सरकार, एतदद्वारा, ;ी विष्णु वर्धन रे=ी,
;ी के . सुरेन्9 तथा ;ी एन. हरिनाथ, अधिवक्ताओं को राष्ट्रीय
अन्वेषण अभिकरण द्वारा प्रवAतत मामलों को, िवचारण
न्यायालयों में और अपीलों, संशोधनों अथवा अन्य मामलों, जो
आंDप्रदेश एवं तेलंगाना राज्यों के भूभाग में विधि द्वारा स्थािपत
संशोधनीय अथवा अपीलीय न्यायालयों में ऐसे मामलों से उFभूत
S.O. 294(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 1968(E), dated the 25th August, 2011, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Shri K. Surender and Shri N. Harinath, Advocates as Special Public Prosecutors for conducting the cases instituted by the National Investigation Agency in the trial courts and appeals, revisions or other matters arising out of such cases in revisional or appellate courts established by law in the Territory of the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
