का.आ. 299(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, [आवश्यक वस्तु अध्निियम, 1955 ;1955 का 10 द्ध की धरा 3के अध्ीन बनाए गए] उर्वरक ;नियंत्राणद्ध आदेश, 1985 के खंड 20ख के अनसुरण में
भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खंड-3, उप-खंड ;iiद्ध में
का.आ. सं. 1909;अद्ध, तारीख, 28 जुलाई, 2014 द््वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग की अध्सिूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में,—
;iद्ध मद ;iiiद्धके सामने दूसरा स्तंभ में फ्न्यूनतमय् शब्द के
स्थान पर फ्अध्कितमय् शब्द रखा जाएगा ऋ
;iiद्ध उसके नीचे की टिप्पण के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण
रखा जाएगा, अर्थात््ः—
टिप्पण : ;iद्ध पैक पर उर्वरक के जल विलेय मिश्रण में पोषक तत्व
के प्रतिशत की घोषणा हो ।
;iiद्ध क्रम संख्यांक 2 में पोषक तत्व की अंतर्वस्तु इस शर्त के अध्यध्ीन है कि प्राथमिक पोषक तत्वों जिनमें वुफछ भी जल विलेय उर्वरक नहीं है पांच प्रतिशत से कम है ।य्

S.O. 299(E).—In pursuance of clause 20 B of the Fertiliser (Control) Order,1985, [made under Section 3 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955], the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of (10 of 1955) Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), vide number S.O. 1909(E), dated the 28th July, 2014, namely :— In the said notification,—
(i) against item (iii) in the second column, for the word "minimum" the word "maximum" shall be substituted;
(ii) for the Note thereunder, the following Note shall
be substituted, namely:—
"Note: (i) Forms of nutrient per cent in water soluble
mixture of fertiliser to be declared on packs.
(ii) The nutrient content in Sl. No. 2 is subject to condition that none of the primary nutrients included in water soluble fertilizer is less than five per cent."
