का.आ. 298(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, [आवश्यक वस्तु अध्निियम, 1955;1955 का 10 द्ध की धरा 3 के अध्ीन बनाए गए] उर्वरक ;नियंत्राणद्ध आदेश, 1985 के खंड 20ख के अनसुरण में
भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खंड-3 उप-खंड ;iiद्ध में
का.आ. सं. 3058;अद्ध, तारीख, 8 अक्तूबर, 2013 द््वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग की अध्सिूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में,—
;iद्ध फ्तीन वर्षय्, शब्दों के स्थान पर फ्चार वर्षय्, शब्द रखे
जाएंगे ऋ
;iiद्ध क्रम संख्यांक 2, एनपीकेएसशेडएन;14ः19ः16ः4ः1द्ध, जिला मद में फ्गुलबरगाय् शब्द के स्थान पर फ्यादगीरय् और गुलबर्गाय्, शब्द रखे जाएंगेऋ
;iiiद्ध क्रम संख्यांक 10 एनपीकेएसशेडएनबी;8ः16ः24ः 6ः 0ः5ः 0.2द्ध, में फ्हाथरसय् शब्द के पश्चात्् फ्संभल, शामली, हापुड़य् शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

S.O. 298(E).—In pursuance of clause 20 B of the Fertiliser (Control) Order,1985, [made under Section 3 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955], the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of (10 of 1955) Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), vide number S.O. 3058(E), dated the 8th October, 2013, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(i) for the words "three years" , the words "four years"
shall be substituted;
(ii) in serial number 2, NPKSZn(14:19:16:4:1), in the item Districts, for the word "Gulbarga," the words "Yadgir and Gulbarga" shall be substituted; .
(iii) in serial number 10, NPKSZnB (8:16:24:6:0.5:0.2), after the words "Hathras", the words "Sambhal, Shamli, Hapur" shall be inserted.
