New Delhi, the 28th January, 2015 का.आ. 317(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जनद्ध अधिनियम, 1962 ;1962 का 50द्ध की धरा 2 के खण्ड ;कद्ध के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 2127;अद्ध, तारीख 14 अगस्त, 2014, का आंशिक आशोध्न करते हुए, श्री टी. वुफमारेसन, डिप्टी कलेक्टर, सेलम तमिलनाडु सरकार, को भारत पेट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड की कोची-कोयम्बटूर-सेलम एलपीजी पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए तमिलनाडु राज्य के भीतर, इरुगूर-देवनगुन्थी पाइपलाइन परियोजना के अलावा, सक्षम प्राध्किारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राध्कृित करती है ।
S.O. 317(E).—In partial modification of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. 2127(E) dated the 14th August, 2014 and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines, (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorises Shri T. Kumaresan, Dy. Collector, Salem, to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act, for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited's Kochi-Coimbatore- Salem LPG Pipeline in the State of Tamilnadu in addition to his role as Competent Authority for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited's lrugur - Devangonthi Pipeline Project for State of Tamilnadu.
