नागर विमानन मंत्राालय अध्सिूचना नई दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी, 2015
का.आ. 321(अ).—जबकि मैसर्स फ्रलाइंग क्लब सेसना 152 विमान वीटी-ईयूई दिनांक 19-11-2014 को इंदौर में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया ।
और जबकि केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि उक्त दुर्घटना के कारण और अंशदायी कारकों का अन्वेषण और निर्धरण किया जाना, और भविष्य में ऐसी गम्भीर घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति से बचने के लिए सिपफारिशें करना समायोचित है ।
अब, वायुयान ;दुर्घटना एवं घटना अन्वेषणद्ध नियमावली, 2012 के नियम 11;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त दुर्घटना की औपचारिक जाँच कराई जाए ।
केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री राजे भटनागर, एडीएडब्लू, एएआईबी की अध्यक्षता में निम्नलिखित सदस्य को शामिल कर एक जाँच समिति नियुक्त करती है ।
;iद्ध श्री शिल्पा सतिया, विमान संरक्षा अध्किारी, एएआईबी -सदस्य सचिव समिति, जब भी अपेक्षित होगा, अन्य विशेषज्ञों/एजेंसियों की
सहायता भी लेगी ।
समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा । समिति अपनी जाँच पूरी करके अपनी रिपोर्ट अध्मिानतः तीन
महीने के भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगी ।
New Delhi, the 27th January, 2015
S.O. 321(E).—Whereas M/s M.P. Flying Club Cessna 152 aircraft VT-EUE was involved in an accident at Indore on 19.11.2014.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is expedient to investigate and determine the causes and contributory factors leading to the said accident and make recommendations to avoid recurrence of such accident in future.
Now, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Rules 11(1) of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that a formal inquiry of the said accident be held.
The Central Government is pleased to appoint a Committee of Inquiry headed by Shri Raje Bhatnagar, ADAW, AAIB with the following member:
(i) Ms. Shilpy Satiya, Air Safety Officer, AAIB
-Member Secretary
The Committee will also take the assistance of other
experts/agencies whenever required.
The headquarters of the Committee will be at New
Delhi.
The Committee will complete its inquiry and submit its report to the Central Government preferably within three months
