काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 307307307307((((अअअअ))))....—के न्(cid:5)ीय सरकार ने पेट्रोलियम और खिनज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के ख(cid:28)ड (अ) के अनुसरण में 30 सितम्बर-6 अक्टूबर, 2007 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2822 तारीख 22 अक्टूबर, 2010 में निम्नलिखित रूप में संशोधन करती हैसंशोधन करती हैसंशोधन करती हैसंशोधन करती है, अर्थात् उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, 1मांक सं. (i) में, —
''2ी रानू राम, वरिष्ठ प्रबन्धक'' शब्दोंशब्दोंशब्दोंशब्दों के स्था के स्था के स्था के स्थान परन परन परन पर, ''2ी एस. डी. पांडे, मुख्य प्रचालन प्रबन्धक,'' शब्दशब्दशब्दशब्द रखे जाएंगे रखे जाएंगे रखे जाएंगे रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2015
S.O. 307(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. 2822 dated 22nd October 2010, namely:

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] In the said notification, in the schedule, at sl no. (i), for the words "Shri Ranu Ram, Senior Manager" the words "Shri S. D. Pande, Chief Operations Manager" shall be substituted.
The notification is applicable from the date of issue.

In the said notification, in the schedule, at sl no. (i), for the words "Shri I.M. Singh, Deputy Manager (T & I)" the words " Shri Siddharth Awasthi, Deputy Manager (C)" shall be substituted.
This notification is applicable from the date of issue.
