dk-vk- 394¼v½.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2242 (अ), तारीख 28 सितम्बर, 2011, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) मेंं तारीख 28 सितम्बर, 2011 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित ब्यौरे जोडे़/संशोधित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्‌,-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-

(1) जिला ''सोलन'' से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,

(क) तालुक ''सोलन'', पुलिस थाना ''2. धर्मपुर'' के सामने, कॉलम (5) मेें, प्रविष्टि ''(1) बधोनी'' के पश्चात्‌ प्रविष्टि ''(2) थड़े का ठाकुरद्वारा'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।

माया प्रकाश, निदेशक ikn fVIi.kh%& मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 1960 (अ), तारीख 14 नवम्बर, 2006, द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी और बाद के संशोधन का.आ. 183 और का.आ. 2242 (अ) क्रमशः तारीख 25 जनवरी, 2010 और 28 सितम्बर, 2011 के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।

S.O. 394(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of the Section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. No. 2242(E), dated 28th September, 2011 publish in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub–Section (ii), dated 28th September, 2011 namely:—

In the said notification of the Schedule, the following details in the Schedule shall be added/ amended namely.

In the Schedule to the notification.

(1) against serial number 1 relating to District "Solan",

(a) against Taluk "Solan", Police Station Dharampur in column number (5) after entry "(1) Badoni" the entry "(2) Tharhe-ka Thakurdwara" shall be inserted;
