dk-vk- 389¼v½.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग शुल्क (दरों का अवधारण एवं संग्रहण) नियम, 2008 के साथ पठित, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 8क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 900(अ), तारीख 21 अप्रैल, 2008, जोे भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाषित की गयी थी, में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, टिप्पणियों के पैराग्राफ 1(i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
(1) इस अधिसूचना के प्रयोजन के लिए :
i. "वास्तविक शुल्क" का अर्थ वह शुल्क है जो उक्त अनुसूची में दी गई आधार दर के आधार पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के उक्त खंड के सड़क प्रयोक्ताओं से वास्तव में लिया गया हो और जो निकटतम एक रूपये तक पूर्णांकित किया जाएगा ।
(2) उक्त करार की प्रचालन अवधि के दौरान, शुल्क की आधार दर में प्रत्येक वर्ष 1 सितम्बर से वर्ष में एक बार संषोधन किया जाएगा और संषोधित शुल्क का परिकलन निम्न प्रकार किया जाएगा :-

जहाँ
डब्ल्यूपीआई-ए=जून 1997 के अनुसार (131.4) थोक मूल्य सूचकांक है।
डब्ल्यूपीआई-बी= शुल्क में संषोधन की तारीख से पूर्ववर्ती 31 मार्च के अनुसार औसत थोक मूल्य सूचकांक है।

New Delhi, the 6th February, 2015
S.O. 389(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) read with the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 900 (E), dated the 21st April, 2008, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) namely:—
In the said notification for paragraphs 1 (i) of Notes, the following paragraph shall be substituted namely:—
(1) For the purpose of this notification;
i. "actual fees" means the fee actually charged from the road users of the said section of National Highway on the basis of rate of base fee given in the said schedule and shall be rounded off to the nearest one rupee.
(2) The base rate of fee shall be revised once in every year with effect from 1st September of each such year during the operation period of the said agreement and the revised fee shall be computed as follows:—

Where
WPI-A = is the Whole Sale Price Index as on June 1997 (131.4)
WPI-B = is the Average Whole Sale Price Index as on 31st March – preceding the fee revision date
