विषयः—5 किगा्र. तक के ब्रांडेड उपभोक्ता पैक में खाद्य तेलों के निर्यात पर न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य ;एमईपीद्ध में कमी ।

का.आ. 414;अद्ध.— विदेश व्यापार नीति ;2009-14द्ध समय-समय पर यथासंशोध्तििद्ध के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ;विकास एवं विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1992 ;1992 की सं. 22द्ध की धरा 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ;एचएसद्ध वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची 2 की क्रम सं. 92 से संबंध्ति अध्सिूचना सं. 80 ;आर ई-2013द्ध/2009-2014, दिनांक 30-4-2014 के साथ पठित अध्सिूचना स.ं 22 ;आर ई-2013द्ध/2009-2014, दिनांक 18 जून, 2013 के पैरा 4 को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नानुसार संशोध्ति करती है :—

''5 किगा्र. तक के ब्रांडेड उपभोक्ता पैक में खाद्य तेलों का निर्यात 900 यूएस डॉलर प्रति मीट्रिक टन के न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य के साथ अनुमत किया जाता है ।''

2. इस अध्सिूचना का प्रभाव :

5 किगा्र. तक के ब्रांडेड उपभोक्ता पैक में खाद्य तेलों के निर्यात पर एमईपी को 900 यूएस डॉलर प्रति मीट्रिक टन तक कम कर दिया गया है । इससे पहले यह 1100 यूएस डॉलर प्रति मीट्रिक टन था ।

Subject :—Reduction in Minimum Export Price (MEP) on export of edible oils in branded consumer packs of upto 5 Kgs.

S.O. 414 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby amends with immediate effect Para 4 of Notification No 22(RE-2013)12009-l4 dated 18th June, 2013 read with Notification No. 80 (RE- 2013)/2009-14 dated 30.04.2014 relating to SI. No. 92 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items as under:

''4. Export of edible oils in branded consumer packs of upto 5 Kgs is permitted with a Minimum Export Price of USD 900 per MT''.

2. Effect of this notification :

MEP on export of edible oils in branded consumer packs of upto 5 Kgs has been reduced to USD 900 per MT. Earlier it was USD 1100 per MT.
