S.O. 433(E).––In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat in the Council of States of one member, namely, Prof. Saif-ud-Din Soz, who retired on the 10th February, 2015 on the expiration of his term of office, is published for general information:—
