और नवीन नि=मत जे>ी के परिणामस्वरूप अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र को " सीमा शुल्क क्षेत्र " के रूप में अिधसूिचत करने के िलए िनवेदन दिया है।
3. अतः सीमा शुल्क अिधिनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 8 के अधीन प्रदत्त अधिकारों को कार्यान्वित करते (cid:23)ए, मैं, वासा शेषगिरि राव, आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क, पुणे एतद्वारा स्तंभ संख्या (3) में उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र जो इस अिधसूचना में नीचे दिए गए अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित बन्दरगाह (पोर्ट) में स्थित स्थान को अन्य किसी वर्ग के माल अथवा आयाितत माल को खाली करने (अनलोडिग) तथा निर्यात किए जाने वाले माल के लदान (लोडिग) हेतु मंजूरी प्रदान करता Dँ।

4. उपयु र्क्त अनुमोदन सीमा शुल्क अिधिनयम 1962 से संबंिधत उपबंधों तथा इसके साथ इस संबंध में बनाए गए विनियमों िवशेष रूप से सीमा शुल्क क्षेत्र अिधिनयम, 2009 के काग; हैन्डलिग का कडाई से पालन करने तथा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व िवभाग, के न्Lीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी अनुदेशों का अनुसरण किए जाने की शत; पर दिया जा रहा है ।

S.O. 3159 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962), the Notification No. 03/2013-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 30.08.2013 was issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Pune approving the below mentioned place as the Customs Area for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of goods.

2. Now, M/s JSW Jaigarh Port Ltd. Ratnagiri has requested for additional area to be notified as 'Customs Area' in order to handle additional Import and Export cargo consequent to addition of one more jetty newly constructed. 3. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962); I, Vasa Seshagiri Rao, Commissioner of Customs, Pune hereby approves the following additional area specified in Column (3) of the below Schedule to this notification, located in the port mentioned at column (2) of the said schedule, to be the Customs Area for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of goods.

4. The above approval is subject to strict observance of the relevant provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the regulations made in this behalf particularly Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 along with and including the instructions issued by the Central Board of Excise & Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India from time to time in pursuance thereof.
