का.का.का.का.आआआआ. . . . 3183318331833183((((अ)अ)अ)अ).— धन शोधन रोधी (अभिलेखों का अनुरक्षण) नियमावली, 2005 (इसके पश्चात् िजसका उल्लेख उक्त नियमावली के रूप में किया गया है) के िनयम 2 के उप-िनयम (1) के खंड (क क) और िनयम 9 क के साथ पठित धन शोधन रोधी अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का 15) की धारा 73 की उप-धारा (2) के ख5ड (ञ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों
का प्रयोग करते ;ए, के न्> सरकार एतद्द्वारा वित्तीय आस्तियों का प्रतिभूतिकरण एवं पुनर्गठन तथा प्रतिभूति हित का प्रवर्तन अिधिनयम, 2002 (2002 का 54) की धारा 20 की उप-धारा (1) के अंतर्गत स्थािपत भारतीय के न्>ीय आस्ति प्रतिभूतिकरण पुनर्गठन और प्रतिभूति हित रजिस्ट्री (सीईआरएसएआई) को उक्त नियमावली के अंतर्गत धन शोधन रोधी अिधिनयम, 2002 की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ज क) में यथा परिभाषित "Jाहक" के के वाईसी अभिलेखों को डिजिटल फॉर्म में प्राप्त करने, संJहीत करने, सुरक्षित रखने तथा पुनः प्राप्त करने का कार्य करने के साथ-साथ के न्>ीय के वाईसी अभिलेख रजिस्ट्री के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है।
2. यह अधिसूचना सरकारी राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th November, 2015
S.O. 3183(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (j) of Sub-section (2) of Section 73 of the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), read with clause (aa) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2 and rule 9A of the Prevention of Money-Laundering (Maintenance of Records) Rules, 2005 (hereafter referred to as the said rules), the Central Government hereby authorises the Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI), set up under sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (54 of 2002), to act as, and to perform the functions of, the Central KYC Records Registry under the said rules, including receiving, storing, safeguarding and retrieving the KYC records in digital form of a "client", as defined in clause (ha) of sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
