काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3220322032203220((((अअअअ).).).).———— के न्(cid:14)ीय सरकार, कारखाना अिधिनयम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के पहले परंतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में, और भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का.आ. 2053 (अ), तारीख 4 सितम्बर, 2012, को उन बातों के सिवाय अधि)ान्त करते *ए जिन्हे ऐसे अधि)मण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, यह घोषणा करती है कि निम्न सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित 6क्ति जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित कारखानों के मामलों का प्रबंध करने के लिए नियुक्त किए गए हैं, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अधिभोगी समझे जाएंगे, अर्थात् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th November, 2015
S.O. 3220(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number S.O.2053(E), dated the 4th September, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby declares that the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below appointed to manage the affairs of the factories mentioned in corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Table shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes of the said Act, namely:-
