New Delhi, the 1st December, 2015

S.O. 3251(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 read with sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004 (2 of 2005), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Baltej Singh Mann and Dr. (Smt.) Naheed Abidi as members of the said Commission, for a term of five years from the date on which they respectively assume their office.

2. Dr. Baltej Singh Mann and Dr. (Smt.) Naheed Abidi shall respectively furnish a statement of having relinquished any other office currently held by them.

3. The headquarters of Dr. Baltej Singh Mann and Dr. (Smt.) Naheed Abidi will be at New Delhi.
