फाफाफाफा. . . . संसंसंसं. . . . 2222----15015150151501515015////30303030////2012201220122012....————खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (खाद्य कारोबार का अनु(cid:19)ापन और रजिस्ट्रीकरण) िविनयम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के िलए, कितपय विनिमयों का निम्नलिखित प्ररूप, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण कें $ीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अिधिनयम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 31 के साथ पठित धारा 92 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ण) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 0ए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती है, उन सभी 2क्तियों की जानकारी के िलए उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 92 की उपधारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार प्रकाशित किया जाता है, िजनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों पर उस तारीख से, िजसको उस राजपत्र की प्रितयां, जिसमें यह अिधसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती है, जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं, साठ दिनों की अविध की समाप्ति के प;ात िवचार किया जाएगा ;
आक्षेप या सुझाव, यदि कोई हो, मुख्य कार्यकारी अिधकारी, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण, खाद्य और औषिध प्रशासन भवन, कोटला रोड, नई दिल्ली -110002 भेजे जा सकें गे ।
उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों के संबंध में किसी 2क्ति से प्राप्त आक्षेपों और सुझावों पर विनि?दष्ट अविध के अवसान से पूर्व खाद्य प्राधिकरण द्वारा िवचार किया जाएगा ;

1. (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (खाद्य कारोबार का अनु(cid:19)ापन और रजिस्ट्रीकरण (संशोधन) िविनयम, 2015 है ।
(2) ये उनके राजपत्र में अंितम प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक ( खाद्य कारबार का अनु(cid:19)ापन और रजिस्ट्रीकरण) िविनमय, 2011 में,—
(अ) खाद्य कारबार के रजिस्ट्रीकरण और अनु(cid:19)ापन से संबंिधत िविनयम 2.1 में, 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] (i) " खाद्य कारबार के रजिस्ट्रीकरण और अनु(cid:19)ापन" से संबंिधत उपिविनयम 2.1.2 में, खंड (1) में — (क) पहले परंतुक में, "छत्तीस मास," शब्दों के स्थान पर " चौवन मास" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ; (ख) दूसरे परंतुक में, "छत्तीस मास," शब्दों के स्थान पर "चौवन मास" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th November, 2015
F. No. 2-15015/30/2012.—The following draft of certain regulations further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulations, 2011, which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of the India, proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (o) of sub-section (2) of section 92 read with section 31 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) hereby publishes as required by sub-section (1) of section 92 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of sixty days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette in which this notification is published are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Food and Drug Administration Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi. 110002;
Any objections or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft regulation before the expiry of the period so specified shall be considered by the Food Authority;
Draft Regulations 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Business) Regulations, 2011,—
A. In regulation 2.1, relating to Registration and Licensing of Food Business,—
i. In sub-regulation 2.1.2, relating to "License for food business", in clause (1)—
(a) in the first proviso, for the words "thirty six months", the words "fifty four months" shall be substituted;
(b) In the second proviso, for the words "thirty six months", the words "fifty four months" shall be substituted;
