काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3333333317171717(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....———— केन्द्रीय सरकार, स्वापक औषधि और मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ नियमावली 1985 के नियम 54 के परंतुक दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एततदवारा यह अधिसूचित करती है कि मैसर्स रा केम फार्मा लि.मि., प्लॉट नं. 26 और 27, प्रथम मंजिल, टैक्नोक्रैट इंडस्ट्रीयल एसटेट, बाला नगर हेदराबाद, तेलंगाना-500037 को, नियम 55 के अंतर्गत विहित प्रक्रिया को अपनाते हुए उक्त नियमों के फार्म संख्या 4 क में जारी आयात प्रमाणपत्र में विनिर्दिष्ट की जाने वाली ऐसी शर्तो के अध्ययधीन निर्यात किए जाने वाले उत्पादों के उत्पादन में प्रयोग किए जाने वाली मार्फिन, कोडिन, थिबेम और उनके लवणों कीे आयात की अनुमति है ।

2. यह अधिसूचना, इसके शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी और 31.12.2016 तक लागू रहेगी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2015

S.O. 3317(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to rule 54 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rule, 1985, the Central Government hereby notifies that M/s. Ra Chem Pharma Ltd. Plot No. 26 and 27, First Floor. Technocrat Industrial Estate, Balangar, Hyderabad, Telangana-500037 is permitted to import morphine, codeine, thaebaine and their salts for use in manufacture of products to be exported, after following the procedure provided under rule 55 and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the import certificate issued in Form No. 4A of the said rules.

2. This notification shall come into force form the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain in force till the 31st day of December, 2016.
