काकाकाका....आआआआ. 3324(. 3324(. 3324(. 3324(अअअअ).).).).————के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, खादी और (cid:16)ामोद्यद्यद्यद्योोोोग आयोग अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते "ए, भारत सरकार, सू%म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय के दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2012 के का.आ. 79(अ) और दिनांक 2 जुलाई, 2012 के का.आ. 1505(अ) की अधिसूचनाओं का अधि0मण करते "ए, ऐसे अधि0मण से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने के लिए प्रतिब7 बातों को छोड़कर, एतदद्वारा मंत्रालय में खादी और (cid:16)ामोद्यद्यद्यद्योोोोग आयोग से संबंधित कार्य करने वाले संयुक्त सिचव, सू%म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय तथा सू%म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय के एकीकत वित्त स्कं ध के आ?थक सलाहकार को आयोग की बैठकों और उनकी चर्चाओं में भाग लेने के लिए नामनिदEशित करती है ।
परन्तु नामनिदEशित अधिकारियों को मताधिकार नहG होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th December, 2015
S.O. 3324(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), and in suprsession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Mrcro, Small and Medium Enterprises numbers S.O. 79(E), dated the 17th January, 2012 and S.O. 1505(E), dated the 2nd July, 2012, except as respects things done or committed to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby nominates the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, handing the work relating to Khadi and Village Industries Commission in the Ministry and the Economic Advisor of Integrated Finance Wing of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, to attend the meetings of the Commission and to take part in the discussions thereof :
Provided that nominated officers shall not have the right to vote.
