अत:, अब, उपरो(cid:6989)त अनर्नाय(cid:6981) कारण(cid:7298) को (cid:7007)यान म(cid:7286) रखते (cid:7263)ए और चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) अकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स र्नननयम, 1988 के र्नननयम 134 के उपर्नननयम (10) के सा प(cid:7407)ठत चाट(cid:6981)ड(cid:6981) अकाउं ट(cid:7286)(cid:6999)स (प(cid:7407)रषद् का नर्ना(cid:6981)चन) ननयम, 2006 के ननयम 4 के उपननयम (3) के अधीन (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:6989)तय(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, सं(cid:7021)ान क(cid:7409) तेइर्स(cid:7277) प(cid:7407)रषद् और बाइर्स(cid:7277) (cid:7079)ादेनक प(cid:7407)रषद(cid:7298) के नर्ना(cid:6981)चन के अ(cid:7012)य(cid:7414)य(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) साधारण ािनकारी के नलए नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत पुनरीन(cid:6979)त तारीख(cid:7298) को अनधसूनचत (cid:7408)कया ािता है :--

*नर्ना(cid:6981)चन र्र्नाद र्आेदन ाइल करने के नलए प(cid:7407)रसीमा क(cid:7409) र्अनध का र्अधारण करने के (cid:7079)योनि के नलए गणना म(cid:7286) ली ािने र्ाली तारीखर् ह होगी, नसिको अंतत: प(cid:7407)रणाम(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) घोषणा को रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अनधसूनचत (cid:7408)कया ािता है ।

No. 54-EL(1)/13/2015.—Whereas vide Notification No. 54-EL(1)/2/2015 dated 3rd September, 2015, 16th December, 2015 to 8th January, 2016 were notified as the dates of counting of votes and 11th January, 2016 for declaration of result. And whereas, due to incessant rains and consequent flooding in Chennai and other parts of the Southern Region, the polling was postponed to 18th and 19th December, 2015 in certain polling booths in Southern Region vide Notification No. 54-EL(1)/12/2015 dated 7th December, 2015. Arising out of postponement of dates of polling, it would be difficult for the office to monitor and conduct the tasks of counting of votes and polling in certain locations in Southern Region simultaneously.
Now therefore, in view of above compelling reason and in exercise of powers conferred under sub-rule (3) of rule 4 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, read with sub-regulation (10) of regulation 134 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the following revised dates are hereby notified for general information of the candidates for election to the twenty third Council and twenty second Regional Councils of the Institute:-
1. Dates of counting of votes : 20.12.2015 to 12.01.2016
2. The date of declaration of results : 15.1.2016* (latest)
* The date to be reckoned for the purpose of determining the limitation period for filing election dispute application shall be the date on which the declaration of results is eventually notified in the Gazette of India.
