काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 3333342342342342 (अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....----केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा, प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपर जिलाधिकारी (भूमि अर्जन), मुर्शिदाबाद को पिश्चम बंगाल राज्य के मुर्शिदाबाद जिले में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 60 के मौजूदा चेनेज 420600 कि.मि. (तेलांगल/गम्हीरा) से 422450 कि.मि. (मोरग्राम) तक चार लेन मेें उन्नयन/उन्नतिकरण के सम्बंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

S.O. 3342(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate (LA), Murshidabad as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of "Improvement/Upgradation of NH-60 to 4 lane from existing Km 420+600 (Telangal/Gamhira) to Km 422+450 (Moregram) in the district of Murshidabad , West Bengal" as specified in the schedule given below.
