S.O. 3349(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-V, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs(Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707;
