प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा भारतीय अंतर्देशीय जलमार्ग नियम 1986 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है नामत : -

1. ये नियम भारतीय अंर्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( संशोधन) नियम 2015 कहलाएंगे। 2. ये सरकारी गजट में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे। 3. भारतीय अंतर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण 1986 के नियम 25 में ''50 करोड़'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''एक सौ करोड़'' रखा जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 953(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (82 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Inland Waterways Authority of India Rules, 1986, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India (Amendment) rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Inland Waterways Authority of India Rules, 1986, in rule 25 for the words "fifty crores", the words "one hundred crores" shall be substituted.

1. G.S.R. 551 (E) dated the 22nd May, 1992;

2. G.S.R. 311. dated the 31st July,2000;

3. G.S.R. 514. dated the 12th December, 2000;

4. G.S.R. 449. dated the 10th October, 2002;

5. G.S.R. 31. dated the 21st February, 2007;

6. G.S.R. 858 (E) dated the 10th December,2008;
