सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन. 954(अ).—कें (cid:14)ीय सरकार, खान और खिनज (िवकास और िविनयमन) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक के अनुसरण में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक के प्रयोजनों के िलए गुजरात खिनज िवकास िनगम िलिमटेड को अिधसूिचत करती है:
परंतु गुजरात खनिज विकास निगम लिमिटेड द्वारा, उसके द्वारा किए गए पूव+क्षण कार्य की बाबत सृजित डाटा राज्य सरकार को दे दिया जाएगा ।
2. यह अधिसूचना उसके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2015
G.S.R. 954(E).—In pursuance of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby notifies the Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited for the purposes of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act:
Provided that the Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited shall make over the data generated by it, in respect of the prospecting operations undertaken by it, to the State Government.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
