काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3354(अ)3354(अ)3354(अ)3354(अ)....—केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24), की धारा 2 के खंड (7क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिनियम के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में उल्लिखित उपखण्डों, स्तंभ (4) में उल्लिखित जिलों के संबंध में राजस्थान राज्य में अहमदाबाद-हिम्मतनगर-उदयपुर आमान परिवर्तन की विषेष रेल परियोजना के संदर्भ मेें ऐसे विषेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए स्तंभ (2) मेें उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

चाहते राम, मुख्य प्रषासनिक अधिकारी (निर्माण), जयपुर5184 GI/2015 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 10th December, 2015 S.O. 3354(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as 'competent authority' to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway project of Gauge Conversion of Ahmedabad-Himmatnagar-Udaipur in the state of Rajasthan relating to sub-divisions mentioned in column (3), Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.

S.O. 3355(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as 'competent authority' to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway project of Gauge Conversion of Ahmedabad-Himmatnagar-Udaipur in the state of Gujrat relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
