का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.^{3393339333933393}(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).————केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, किशनगंज को बिहार राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 31 के 468.300 कि.मी. से 476.000 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2015

S.O. 3393(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer, Kishanganj as the competent authority to performa the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km.468.300 to Km.476.000 of the National Highways No.31 for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Bihar, as specified in the Schedule given below.

SCHEDULE

Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 31 in the State of Bihar on the stretch from Km. 468.30 to Km. 476.00.
