सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 974974974974((((अअअअ))))....————के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, के न्(cid:15)ीय उत्पाद शुल्क अिधिनयम, 1944 (1944 का 1) की धारा 5क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते "ए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व िवभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/2012-के न्(cid:15)ीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड-3, उपखंड (i) में सा.का.िन. 163(अ) तारीख 17 मार्च, 2012 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्—
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,—
(i) 7म संख्या 70 में,—
(क) स्तंभ (3) की मद (i) के सामने स्तंभ (4) में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "7.36 ;पये प्रति लिटर" प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी;
(ख) स्तंभ (3) की मद (ii) के सामने स्तंभ (4) में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "8.54 ;पये प्रति लिटर" प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी;
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ii) 7म संख्या 71 में,— (क) स्तंभ (3) की मद (i) के सामने स्तंभ (4) में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "5.83 ;पये प्रति लिटर" प्रविष्टिप्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी;
(ख) स्तंभ (3) की मद (ii) के सामने स्तंभ (4) में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "8.19 ;पये प्रति लिटर" प्रविष्टि
प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी;
2. यह अिधसूचना 17 दिसम्बर, 2015 से प्रभावी होगी।

2012 भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग -II, खंड -3, उपखंड (i) में, प्रकाशित की गई थी और सा.का.िन. 899(अ), तारीख 24 नवंबर, 2015 उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 44/2015- के न्(cid:15)ीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 24 नवंबर, 2015 के द्वारा किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2015
No. 46/2015-Central Excise
G.S.R. 974(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Central Excise, dated the 17th March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 163(E), dated the 17th March, 2012, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table,—
(i) in serial number 70,—
(a) against item (i) of column (3), for the entry in column (4), the entry "Rs. 7.36 per litre" shall be substituted;
(b) against item (ii) of column (3), for the entry in column (4), the entry "Rs. 8.54 per litre" shall be substituted;
(ii) in serial number 71,—
(a) against item (i) of column (3), for the entry in column (4), the entry "Rs. 5.83 per litre" shall be substituted;
(b) against item (ii) of column (3), for the entry in column (4), the entry "Rs. 8.19 per litre" shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 17th day of December, 2015.

Note.- The principal notification No. 12/2012-Central Excise, dated the 17th March, 2012 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 163(E) dated the 17th March, 2012 and was last amended vide notification No.44/2015-Central Excise, dated the 24th November, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 899(E) dated the 24th November, 2015.
