अYण कु मार मेहता, संयु,त स(cid:17)चव MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th December, 2015 S.O. 3438(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 30 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (19 of 2010), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O.748(E), dated the 13th March, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section (3), Sub-section (ii), dated 13th March, 2014 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below, to file complaints with regard to the offences punishable under the said Act, within the area of jurisdiction specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the aforesaid Table, namely:-
