काकाकाका....आआआआ....3437343734373437((((अअअअ))))....————के न्(cid:16)ीय सरकार, ऊर्जा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2001 (2001 का 52) की धारा 14 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए, ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो के परामर्श से भारत सरकार, विद्युत मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सख्या का.आ. 183 (अ.), तारीख 12 जनवरी, 2009 में निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अिधसूचना के पैरा 2 में, -
(क) उप पैरा (1) में -
(i) शब्दों और अंकों ''सारणी 2.1 या 2.2 या 2.3'', के स्थान पर ''सारणी 2.1 या 2.2 या 2.3 या 2.4'' शब्द और अंक के स्थान पर रखे जायेंगे;
(ii) ''तुलनात्मक ऊर्जा खपत (सीईसी)'' शीर्षक के अधीन सारणी में, <म सं. 3 के प=ात् और निम्नलिखित से संबंधित प्रविष्टियां अंत:स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
| "4 | 01.01.2016 से 31.12.2018 तक | 2.4"; |
(iii) सारणी 2.3 के प=ात् निम्निलिखत सारणी अंत:स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

सतीश कु मार, संयुक्त सिचव टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पणीणीणीणी....---- मूल अधिसूचना संख्या भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) का.आ. 183 (अ.), तारीख 12 जनवरी, 2009 को प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमें संख्या का.आ. 25(अ) तारीख 5 जनवरी, 2010 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2015
S.O. 3437(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Power number S.O. 183(E), dated the 12th January, 2009, namely:—
In the said notification, in paragraph 2,—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1),—
(i) for the words and figures "Table 2.1 or 2.2 or 2.3", the words and figures "table 2.1 or 2.2 or 2.3 or 2.4" shall be substituted;
(ii) under the heading "Comparative Energy Consumption (CEC)", in the Table, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

(iii) after table 2.3, the following table shall be inserted namely:-

(b) in sub-paragraph (3), for the word and figures "Table 2.1", the words and figures "table 2.1 or 2.2 or 2.3 or 2.4" shall be substituted;
(c) for sub-paragraph (5), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:—
"(5) The star level plan shall be reviewed every three years after the period covered under table 2.4 is over.". [F.No.13/13/2015-EC]
