काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 3471347134713471((((अअअअ)))).— के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, ने राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम,1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते $ए संयुक्त कलेक्टर, चित्तूर को आं. प्रदेश राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनि3दष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 565 के कि.मी. 509/400 से कि.मी. 511/400 तक में आर.ओ. बी. के निर्माण के सम्बन्ध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है :

S.O. 3471(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector, Chittoor as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 509/400 to Km 511/400 of the National Highway No. 565 for acquisition of lands for "Construction of ROB at Km 510/8 of NH-565 (Near Yerpedu) in the lieu of L.C. No. 36 in the state of Andhra Pradesh" as specified in the Schedule given below:
